RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain production documentation.
Determine technical processes for exchange parts and remanufactured assemblies.
Determine technical resources (tools, equipment, infrastructure) needed to accomplish engine remanufacturing.
Research, determine, and implement plant floor layout, material flow, and operational methods.
Perform time studies to determine optimum processes.
Research, develop & test tooling, and fixtures for shop floor processes.
Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering innovative solutions while adhering to local and national regulations.
Lead and implement process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
5 Experience in a manufacturing (CNC machining/assembly) environment
Experience in implementing machining equipment and processes
Experience with AutoCad systems
