**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Daycare Academy Bozeman. The Lead Teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. **Roles and Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

- Experience as a lead teacher

- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Proficiency in creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture

- Knowledge of relevant educational technology and resources

- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
