**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Daycare Academy Bozeman. The Lead Teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. This individual will create a positive and engaging learning environment, implement developmentally appropriate curricula, and guide children through crucial stages of growth and discovery.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- **Curriculum Development:** Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience as a lead teacher

- Knowledge of relevant educational technology and resources

- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
