- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers to promote a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning and exploration.
- Monitor and document children's progress, behavior, and milestones to ensure individualized care and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Adhere to all daycare policies, procedures, and licensing regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and coworkers.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred.
