Roles & Responsibilities:

As our Tax Manager, you'll be a key player in our financial operations, ensuring that the numbers align, and the paperwork is in shipshape. While your primary focus will be on tax-related responsibilities, you'll also dive into the trenches and handle tasks and duties per the Partner's needs. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates a variety of work, being a go-to person for needed items to keep the gears turning, enjoys communicating with team members, and takes advantage of the opportunity to take initiative in their day-to-day.

• Tax Mastery: Lead our compliance efforts; staying ahead of regulatory changes, prepare tax documents for clients, ensure accuracy of documentation, data input and data management of tax filings.

• Operations Expert: Provide insight into financial operations, help the team with additional tasks and duties to make the overall office see success, and keep clients happy.

• Excellent Communicator: Ensure daily communication internally and externally providing insight to completion of tasks and duties and status updates, communicate effectively with clients, compile accurate engagement letters, and provide follow-ups to clients.

• Collaborative Spirit: Work closely and support partners with your expertise and willingness to take on various tasks and duties daily.

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, make operations more efficient and effective, take initiative, and overcommunicate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• Proven experience in tax, real estate tax, and financial analysis.

• Strong attention to details and willingness to tackle all aspects of tax and financial management.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Preferences:

• CPA or other relevant certifications is a plus.
