The Denzel Group, an award-winning IT recruitment firm has been requested to assist a renowned financial services firm to identify a Salesforce Architect to assist with an implementation.

Position Summary:

• This is a 6-month contract to hire with a salary of $130K after contract period
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation, advanced configuration, and flow capabilities, with prior experience in the financial services industry being highly desirable.
• This role requires someone who can work within an already-live Salesforce environment, focusing on advanced administrative features and data model changes without the need for rearchitecting or refactoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong Flow capabilities to manage and optimize processes within Salesforce.
• Implement advanced configuration elements in Salesforce (No coding or design required).
• Manage and utilize data processing engines within Salesforce.
• Utilize standard Salesforce advanced administrative features such as debugging, auto logs, and Einstein’s best actions.
• Ensure all configurations and implementations adhere to code standards and best practices.
• Perform some data model changes as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing structures.
• Work with Omni Studio (planning stage) with the potential for future implementation.
• Engage in a full suite implementation, dipping toes into all aspects of Salesforce Core, including data processing, Omni Studio, and the large array of tools Salesforce offers.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of proficiency in Salesforce Flows and advanced configuration elements.
• 5 years experience with Salesforce data processing engines.
• Proficiency in normal Salesforce advanced administrative features, including debugging, auto logs, and Einstein’s best actions.
• Previous experience working in a financial services environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Omni Studio is a plus, though not immediately required.
• Ability to adapt and work within an already-live Salesforce environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to showcase and sell solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in Harrisburg, PA on an occasional basis.
