The Denzel Group, an award-winning IT recruiting firm, is working with a top employer in the Bethlehem area to fill a Sr IT Support Specialist position. In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting and responding to service desk tickets. You will also complete service requests for Active Directory.
Responsibilities:
- Update & Close Tickets; Helpdesk / Remote support
- Provide 1st and 2nd Level Systems Support
- Troubleshoot at the guest & host levels
- Active Directory
- Monitor Servers 2020
- Experience with Windows 11 deployment desktop side
