Position Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in kitchen, bath, and closet solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory(s). Execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and homeowners. Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our product line including kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, closet systems, and accessories. Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.

Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions. Provide expert advice, product recommendations, and design insights to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients. Collaborate with the design team to create customized solutions that align with client requirements.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams including design, installation, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for clients from sale through installation.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the kitchen, bath, or home improvement industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams.

· Knowledge of design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.

· Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

· Must be able to take initiative, embrace new challenges, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

· Strong team player and able to collaborate with all departments to create a quality outcome for our clients.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory(s).

Education and Experience:

Preferred qualifications include expertise in marketing, construction knowledge, interior design, or related fields. A minimum of three years of proven success in the construction industry, specifically in kitchen, flooring, and bath projects, is preferred.
