Your Responsibilities: As a CTA, your duties will include:

• Greeting patients warmly.
• Handling phone inquiries with exceptional professionalism.
• Efficiently scheduling appointments in the EHR system.
• Processing payments with the highest level of professionalism.
• Monitoring company emails diligently during office hours.
• Masterfully operating computer software.
• Excelling in various office clerical tasks.
• Setting up patients for therapies with precision.
• Excelling in patient examinations and providing unwavering support to our doctors.
