The Dog House is looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team!

Specifically we are looking for individuals who can work from 10-6:30 on weekdays plus 11:30-5:30 either Saturday or Sunday.

At The Dog House we focus on creating lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional customer service and on sending our dogs home in even better condition than they arrived - physically, mentally, and emotionally. We are a force-free daycare because our belief is that we should set each dog up for success, so there is no need for aversive corrective measures. We practice basic obedience with our dogs throughout the day and build strong relationships to get the job done. We adhere to the state required ratio of 1 human to 10 dogs because safety should always come first. We have four outdoor play yards, so that we can separate our dogs into groups that suit their personalities and sizes (and an indoor play space that is divided into two areas for the same reason). We offer all day play, overnight stay, and convenience grooming and are locally owned/operated.

Attendants can expect a regular schedule so you can plan your life outside of work, continued opportunity to learn, guaranteed hours for our full-time staff, and a supportive team. Applicants MUST have the requested availability on weekdays to qualify for this position.

Experience is not required, but confidence and a good attitude are. We are more than happy to teach someone new to the field as long as they want to learn!

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
