- Conduct comprehensive research to identify key players in the Single-Family Rental (SFR) investment industry.
- Utilize various public records and licensed data sources to gather information on business relationships within the industry.
- Build a detailed model illustrating the interconnections and dynamics among businesses in the SFR investment sector.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and significant relationships within the industry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of the model.
- Generate actionable insights from the model to inform decision-making processes.
- Create a comprehensive report summarizing findings, highlighting major players, and mapping the industry landscape from local markets to national levels.
