Salary: $18-20 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician of a 235-unit residential apartment community located in Hyattsville, MD (North Pointe).
Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training in apartment maintenance is preferred.
General Knowledge of Maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair.
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance.
Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Cover on-call emergencies.
Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
