• Manage treasury functions including development and maintaining banking and financial institution relationships.
• Negotiate bank and service fees.
• Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve and simplify cash management operation.
• Serve as Administrator of Preloaded Debit Card (Petty Cash) solution.
• Responsible for the preparation of Operating Funding Draw Request.
• Work with the AP Supervisor on the weekly check run.
• Handle receipts, disbursements, banking, protection and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments
• Responsible for processing and recording bank positive pay, ACH/wire/bank transfers and receipts including activities to/from lenders and owners.
• Lead fraud protection and investigation.
• Develop and monitor treasury and cash management operational policies to ensure treasury and cash management operations are in compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.

• AA in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 3 years of accounting, finance and/or treasury experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high level of devotion to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, project management skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Yardi experience is a plus but not required.
