We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with at least 1 year of prior leasing experience for a 570-unit residential apartment located in Alexandria, VA (Cityside Huntington Metro Apartments). Applicant will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a professional demeanor
- Marketing/ Outreach
- Leasing apartments
- Property tours
- Resident retention
- Renewing contracts
- Data Entry
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
