We’re on the lookout for a temp-to-hire Production Support Forklift Operator to join our amazing team and help us keep our production line running like a well-oiled machine.
The schedule for this role is a swing shift, starting from 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday with very occasional Saturdays.
Pay starts at $18.50 with great room for advancement, and incredible benefits once hired on permanently
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Production Support Superstar, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything on the production floor flows seamlessly. Here’s a sneak peek at your daily mission:

• Move components to and from the production floor.
• Wrap up finished goods and stage them for shipment, ensuring they’re ready to impress our customers.
• Keep our FIFO (First In, First Out) system in check and help maintain solid inventory accuracy.
• ️ Operate forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down).
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and FIFO reports, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• ️ Keep the production floor clean and organized by managing waste and cardboard like a champ.
• ️ Stay vigilant about safety and food quality, reporting any issues to keep our products of the highest quality.

What We’re Looking For: We want someone who’s:

• Got a high school diploma or GED.
• Experienced with at least a year in food processing or a related field.
• Fluent ability in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Proficient with simple math and basic hand-held measuring tools.
• ⏱️ A master of time management, with the ability to get things done efficiently while keeping safety in mind.
• An effective communicator, both written and verbal, who knows how to keep things professional and constructive.
• Ready to jump in and help with general warehouse duties when needed.
