**Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mandarin Chinese Teacher to join our team. As a Chinese Teacher, you will play a key role in educating students on the Chinese language and culture. You will be teaching students how to enunciate in Mandarin Chinese and how to write traditional Chinese characters.

**Duties:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum guidelines
- Instruct students on Chinese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and culture
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and other evaluations
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their language learning journey
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the traditional Chinese language program

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or in pursuit of Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Chinese Teacher or similar role
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to learn and appreciate the Chinese language and culture
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies and technology integration in the classroom

**Preferred Skills:**
- Teaching certification or licensure
- Experience teaching different age groups or proficiency levels
- Knowledge of diverse Chinese-speaking cultures
- Experience with online teaching platforms
