**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As the face of DRIPBaR, you will play a crucial role in managing client communications, welcoming clients, and driving sales efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, ensuring facility operations run smoothly, and engaging our audience through social media platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage client communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute local events and initiatives.
- Schedule and manage client appointments, including booking medical consultations when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to Front Desk systems and processes, including member check-in and payment handling.
- Familiarize yourself with our IV drip services and provide recommendations to clients based on their needs.
- Maintain consistent sales efforts by following up with leads and customers, and propose incentive-based programs to drive sales.
- Grow and maintain our membership base, focusing on increasing sales conversion rates and client retention.
- Lead the client referral program to expand our customer base.
- Regularly update and manage social media platforms to engage with our audience.
- Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the DRIPBaR and supply inventory.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure overall store performance meets company standards.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, taking initiative to find creative solutions.
**Qualifications:**
- Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management and basic office software.
