Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, conducting client interviews, gathering and organizing case information, communicating with prosecutors and police personnel, preparing legal documents, scheduling court appearances, maintaining client communication, and collaborating with attorneys and other staff members.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information
- Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in case management software
- Experience in the legal field is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is required
