Job DescriptionAs a Technical Reliability Manager, some of your essential responsibilities but not limited to:
Promote safety within the organization by contributing through training, process improvements, management of change (MOC) and other EHS responsibilities.
Participate in reviewing equipment procedures, preventive tasks and providing input to optimize maintenance program effectiveness.
Support failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) on equipment and/or stations to eliminate breakdowns, help develop improvements and reapplication.
Participate in root cause analysis for component failures and provide improvement input.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the equipment and system design.
Participate in developing and implementing training programs for technical resources.
Provide direction in technical matters to Maintenance Technicians, MSL and Line Leaders
Manage CNC programming and machining activities.
Support design request such as reverse engineering or new design creation.
Direct work assignments and set priorities to support business objectives and requests.
Responsible for the overall 5S and organization of department
Ensure that all manual and/or computer-based work order recordkeeping is maintained accurately and complete.
Provide direct “hands on” assistance to employees as needed.
Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines, and develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and business goals.
Source material and spare parts with qualified vendors.
Can provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance, provide associates with written performance appraisals including discipline and up to termination.
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and communicate the impact on department activities.
Prepare annual department budget/forecasts proposal.

QualificationsPlease consider applying if you have:
Associate degree in mechanical, electrical or engineering specialties preferred or minimum of 3 years industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
