Community Manager – Property Management
Our expanding St. Louis portfolio seeks a Community Manager to join our team with deep affordable housing experience and strong leadership skills. This dynamic, hands-on position is responsible for the operating performance of a 95 unit community, ensuring legendary customer service for our residents, while providing a physical environment that is attractive and well maintained.

Necessary Skills:
Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred
Specialized Experience:
Direct Property Management experience: 5 years (Required)
LIHTC/HUD experience: 3 years (Required)
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license and means of transportation
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Commensurate with experience; range $52,000 to $55,000.
