This is a fully remote position open only to qualified candidates who reside in Texas
Our client, one of the world's most respected comprehensive healthcare centers, is seeking an HR Business Partner, Strategic Partners. This HRBP will influence assigned client areas, while teaming with leadership to optimize talent, structure, processes, the employee environment, and culture.
Responsible for the delivery of all HR services whether delivered personally or in collaboration with colleagues in HR, this role leverages knowledge in the following areas to support achieving the institutional goals and mission:
- Employee relations
- EEO and ADA
- Training and development
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Organizational development
- Talent management
- Rewards and recognition
- HR processes and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
- Master’s level degree preferred
- Six years of professional human resources experience in a complex, fast paced environment
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Must live in Texas
