RESPONSIBILITES

• Provide nursing care to all the residents
• Recognize and report any changes in residents conditions to the DON
• Provide medications according to their doctors order
• Provide medical treatments prescribed by the doctor
• Work together as a team to give the best care to our residents
• Assist with admission and discharge of residents
• Answering call lights
• Charting on each resident
• Get to know the residents and provide the care according to their care plan

REQUIREMENTS

• RN license
• CPR required
• Direct the CNA's and LEA's
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Demonstrate good judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills
