We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECRM) Systems Analyst. This contract position is responsible for developing applications and solutions in OpenText Content Suite and assisting with the on-going configuration, maintenance, and support of our OpenText Content Management system.

This position requires a combination of technical, analytical, and customer management skills. Also, the person in this position must also have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working with technical and non-technical team members, customers, and management. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ECRM solutions in very large, geographically distributed environments as well as several years providing application support to end users. The candidate will design, configure, test, debug, and document business solutions.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Design, configure, and deploy business solutions for OpenText Content Server, OpenText Enterprise Scan, and OpenText Capture Center
• Work with 3rd party implementation partners to assist with application deployment, configuration, training, and post-deployment support
• Produce appropriate design, deployment, and support documentation for solutions and applications
• Provide after-hours and weekend support in emergency situations
• Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.
• Works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Supports several moderately complex business processes.
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
• Other duties as assigned

Required:

• 5 years of experience working in the IT domain for a large corporate or public sector entity
• 3 years of experience developing and configuring applications for enterprise content management system (e.g. OpenText, SharePoint, Onbase, FileBound, etc)
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying document-based workflow solutions
• Demonstrated proficiency in gathering business requirements, documenting business process flows, and creating use cases and user scenarios
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating test scripts and executing test plans
• Extensive experience with producing end user documentation and providing mentoring and guidance to business users
• Knowledge of BPMN or other standard modelling notation
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to function as a team member.

Preferred:

• 3-4 years hands on experience working with OpenText Content Server version 9.x, 10.x, or 16.x as administrator, configurator, or developer
