Position OverviewTherapists provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. This role would be supporting IOP Programming and have an Outpatient caseload.
Schedule1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) - Monday-Friday

How Therapists Empower Recovery
- Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans and conducts therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments
- Participates in treatment team meetings by reporting client and family assessment findings and response to interventions
- Conducts intake evaluations as assigned
- Assists with milieu management as needed
- Generates discharge plans by making treatment and other recommendations and coordinating next level of care services
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field and independently licensed or working toward independent licensure
- Individual, family and group psychotherapy experience required
- Provisional or Associate licensure required
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
