Job Details

That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.
Program Therapist - Adolescent PHP Program The Program Therapist provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
Compensation Range
  • $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • Program Therapist I (Associate): $50,000 – $74,400
  • Program Therapist II (Independent): $64,000 - $96,000
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position
Schedule
  • Part Time, 0.5 FTE (20 hrs / wk), working within the Adolescent PHP Program operating times of approximately Monday through Thursday 12:00pm - 7:00pm and on Fridays 8:00am to 2:00pm.
  • Will work until 7:00pm, 2 nights per week.
How Program Therapists Empower Recovery
  • Conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions with the client and their family or community of support as assigned
  • Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans
  • Conducts therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments that align with Accanto Clinical Philosophy
  • Carries a caseload of patients (individual and family responsibilities per patient) and provides individual and family therapy as assigned
  • Coaches individual patient and family meals, when indicated
  • Participates in treatment team meetings by reporting client and family assessment findings and response to interventions
  • Maintains up-to-date therapeutic skills and knowledge of advancements in eating disorders assessment and treatment, best practices, and resources through participation in professional organizations, internal and external training opportunities, and reviewing current academic literature
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field and working toward independent licensure
  • Provisional or Associate licensure required
  • Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire

  • Generous PTO plans: Paid Time off (PTO) is provided to all regular full time and part time regular employees up to 152 hours/19 days within the first year of employment. PTO is accrued throughout the year and can be used for vacation, personal and sick time and accrues based on compensated hours.
  • Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
  • Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
  • Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
  • Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
