We are seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable/Customer Service representative to join our team!!

Job Details: Responsible for collecting payments, tracking payments, making bank deposits, and running reports.

· Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed

· Communicating with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans

· Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system

· Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information

· Managing basic office administrative tasks, including filing, printing, reporting, and emailing

· Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs

· Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records

Job Requirements

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong data entry and computer skills with knowledge of Excel.

· Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and efficient.

· Positive, can-do attitude.

· Excellent attendance and work record.

Schedule /Pay

· $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

· 8:00am – 5:00 pm

· Monday – Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
