The Business Operations Manager's goal is to optimize the non-operational duties of the company enabling the operators to focus on strategic imperatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, ensuring interdepartmental projects are effectively executed
- Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund HQ operations and increase efficiency
- Evaluate the company’s insurable risks and prepare/present proposals for the company’s insurance lines
- Serve as the CEO’s primary administrator of strategic projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution of strategic projects
- Coordinate maintenance of the company’s licenses with business partners
- Receive, approve, and code all invoices relating to HQ office expenses; monitor HQ office expenses against budget
