Responsibilities:
• ACCOUNTING : Oversee fixed asset accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and data analysis.
• COMPLIANCE : Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and Illinois gaming laws.
• REPORTING : Prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements.
• LEADERSHIP : Direct the Accounting, Cage, Count, and Purchasing functions and staff.
• GOALS : Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• EXPERIENCE : Minimum five years in a Director or higher-level role.
• EDUCATION : College degree in accounting or finance.
• CERTIFICATION : CPA certification preferred.
