The ideal candidate will be part of an on site HR department. This HR Generalist will be responsible for various general HR duties within the manufacturing industry. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their Human Resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee various aspects of Human Resources such as benefits, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding etc.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2 years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on site M-F
