1.HR Administration Responsibilities:
a.Generates official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
b.Creates onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
c.Leads the annual benefits open enrollment process.
d.Maintains physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
e.Aids management in execution of periodic employee performance evaluation process and appraisal of corresponding pay scales.
f.Aids management with progressive discipline actions.
g.Owns and administers employee recognition and wellness programs.
h.Completes regulatory employee filings, including but not limited to EEOC.
2.Payroll Responsibilities:
a.Maintains physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
b.Calculates payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
c.Prepare and issuing earnings statements. Manages the issuance of paychecks and direct deposits.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
✓3 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field.
✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; SHRM-(S)CP or (S)PHR certification preferred.
✓Payroll preparation experience required.
✓Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
✓Experience with HRIS system preferred.
