Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for individual properties/real estate portfolio
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, etc.
- Monitor cash flow for each property
- Collaborate with property management teams
Qualifications
- 2 years' of accounting experience
- Real estate or multi-entity experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
