The Role/Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system.
  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • DBA or EVO software experience is a plus.
