The Enterprise Center Community Development Corporation (TEC-CDC) is seeking a self-motivated individual for the position of CCE Facilities Coordinator. The Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises (CCE) is a food business incubator and the centerpiece of The Enterprise Center’s greater strategy for local food system development. The 13,000 square foot center includes an event space and demonstration kitchen, a commercially licensed kitchen incubator. The CCE Facilities Coordinator will provide support day-to-day to CCE operation and facility. This position will provide security for the building, maintenance cleaning support, and will help drive support of our program.
Responsibilities - Facility Support
· General oversight of all food-service facilities including production kitchens, ekitchen, storage, and scullery areas.
· Oversee all facilities upkeep & commercial equipment cleaning maintenance schedule.
· Work with TEC-CDC Facility Manager to maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; developing and implementing disaster plans; maintaining security and sprinkler systems; maintaining parking lot and walkways.
· Effectively assist in managing communications with CCE Director of Operations with overseeing facilities for all CCE-related facilities and equipment issues.
· Manage all vendor relationships for supplies and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance (ie. nightly cleaning, trash removal, pest control, and drinking water)
· Perform any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
Operation
· Assist Director of Operation with oversee inventory control and ordering for all CCE supplies for use by facility team and CCE members.
· Assist with kitchen Equipment training for new kitchen members.
· Provide support for any events at the CCE, making sure all AV systems are operational and set up layout requested by event booker.
Recommended Qualifications:
· 1-3 years’ experience in the food or hospitality industry, or a degree in culinary or hospitality industry.
· Experience with commercial facility management & knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
· General plumbing and electrical knowledge is preferred
· Holds up to date ServSafe Manager certification and Philadelphia Food Safety certification.
· Ability to work with people from a range of educational, socioeconomic, and racial backgrounds.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
