We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive client reports, including performance metrics, portfolio summaries, and investment analysis. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to meet client needs.
• Analyze large data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to client portfolios and investment strategies. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Monitor and measure investment performance, comparing actual results against benchmarks and client objectives. Generate performance attribution reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain presentation materials for client meetings, including slide decks and other visual aids that effectively communicate complex data and investment insights.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding reporting and analytics inquiries. Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of client reporting and data analysis functions.
• Ensure all client reporting and data analysis activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assist in risk management by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.
• Work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and other team members to gather information and insights necessary for client reporting and analytics. Foster a collaborative environment to support the firm's goals.
• Leverage reporting and analytics software, as well as other technology tools, to streamline processes and enhance the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client reporting, data analysis, or a related role within the asset management or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with reporting and analytics software. Familiarity with financial databases and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
