Our client, a top-tier private equity firm, is seeking a highly organized and personable receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general support to the office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate party
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Manage conference room schedules and assist with meeting arrangements
• Maintain office security by issuing visitor badges and ensuring adherence to office protocols
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Keep the reception area and conference rooms tidy and organized
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred, preferably in a professional office setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Experience with financial terminology and basic accounting principles is a plus
• This role may require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods
