**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our convenience store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, leading a team, and ensuring the store meets its financial goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets

- Implement strategies to drive store profitability and meet financial objectives

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records

- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

**Skills:**

- Previous experience in a convenience store or retail environment

- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of meeting targets

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
