Job Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will have a significant impact on providing crucial care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to positively influence the lives of those in need.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Remind and assist clients with medication management.
- Prepare meals and offer feeding assistance when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry.
- Aid in mobility support and safe transfers for clients.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records with attention to detail.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Work with individuals requiring dementia care or hospice care.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and memory care is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely as needed.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Understanding of caregiving principles and practices.
- Proficiency in tasks like cooking, medication administration, and catheter care is beneficial.
