This is a part-time position. Full-time hours may be available based on performance and skills. The scope of work is diverse. We are looking for someone who can be an office assistant and keep the day-to-day operations running for our busy event Calendars and our warehouse operations. The goal of this person is to help maintain incoming orders, process orders daily and deal with any last-minute renal orders coming into the system. Must be able to move quickly and lift 40 lbs or more. Able to use tools and fix and refurbish items. Handy if you have any building skills but not necessary for the day-to-day operations.

booking and selling clients, dealing with event logistics,

Intake new leads Via Calls, emails, and Walk-in Appointment

Call Leads and follow up on HoneyBook tasks

Answer phone and emails and refer them to the appropriate parties

Schedule Calendar invites and PG walkthroughs

Schedule appointments for event site visits

Schedule rental and warehouse appointments

Direct and funnel emails to appropriate parties

get physical daily and distribute to the appropriate parties

create proposals and invoices

take payments

Answer the Front Door for guests

Take in new calls leads

PG customer drop off and PU - Help customers with Pick up and Returns
