Title: Coupa Consultant

Work Location: Washington, DC (Remote Flexible)

Contract: 5 months (Possible to extend)

Note: Full-time telework is available. Local staff report to office in Washington, DC, one day a week.

Job Description:

The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

Required Experience:

• The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa
• Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release
• Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
• Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills

Desired Experience:

• Support regression testing of new Coupa releases
• Design and test assigned reports
• Monitor integration issues in Production, and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution
• Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results

Required Education:

• Bachelor s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
