The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a General Manager in Princeton, NJ to support a Federal contract.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onsite Position: This role will involve working directly at the university lab.
• Design and Develop Training: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for new employees.
• Needs Assessment: Identify organizational needs and align training programs accordingly to meet established goals.
• Continuous Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
• Team Management: Lead and manage staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to new hires and their managers.
• Clinical Guidance: Offer clinical support in accordance with Advertising and Promotions Policy as required.
• Procedural Support: Provide guidance and assistance related to procedures and products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in managing teams and conducting training sessions.
• Background in a medical field is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in commercial, training, or development roles.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in presentation, facilitation, and influencing.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, innovative training methods, and instructional design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating complex PowerPoint training presentations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competencies in strategic thinking, managing complexity, leading without authority, organization development, collaboration, and project management.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
