Job Description
  • Seeking a medically oriented optometrist to join a reputable ophthalmology practice
  • Residency trained candidates preferred
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Seeing approximately 25 patients per day with scribe and tech support provided
Compensation Package
  • Production based at 30% net professional collections with no cap on earnings
  • $175,000 salary floor for the first two years to support patient visit ramp success
  • $20,000 signing bonus offered
  • Up to $7,500 moving allowance available
  • $5,000 bonus on anniversary for student loan repayment
  • Eligible to participate in a yearly company bonus incentive, approximately $30,000
