Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to join our team. As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our culinary and hospitality operations. Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Support the culinary team by organizing and stocking supplies
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling and safety
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary, hospitality, or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
