We are not looking for managers outside the physical area i.e. Greenville, Greer, Fountain Inn.

General Manager Job Description:

As a General Manager you will be responsible for driving results through strong teams and maintain effective and desired customer interactions. You will also be responsible for managing the activities of all sales staff to ensure sales targets and to ensure highest level of customer service. You job duties will include.

· Supervising and monitoring all activities in a dealership.

· Helping salespeople to achieve their goals.

· Training and motivating salespeople.

· Working directly with the top management team.

· Responding to customers concerns to ensure full resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in an automotive sales management position with experience in finance and used car management.

· Solid working knowledge of computers and dealership systems.

· Strong collections experience.

· Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Successful background in financial role is a plus.
