Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Line Account Manager with a specialization in marketing insurance products to diverse carriers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, particularly within the insurance sector, and demonstrate a track record of effectively supporting clients in the real estate industry. Proficiency in utilizing Applied Epic software is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to facilitate the marketing of insurance products
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry
• Collaborate with clients who own real estate to understand their specific insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and risk mitigation
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client accounts, process policies, and generate reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and claims
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Act as a subject matter expert on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on marketing to carriers
• Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics, including pricing trends, underwriting criteria, and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Experience working with clients in the real estate industry preferred
• Proficiency in using Applied Epic or similar insurance software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
