About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management and customer service, with the ability to handle the day-to-day operations of the business effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
• Supervise staff, ensuring that they perform their duties efficiently and according to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling any escalations or issues that may arise.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor new employees, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff hours.
• Ensure that the business meets all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Education: A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
