The Ford Agency is actively looking for a seasoned AP Manager with experience in a professional services industry to oversee the accounts payable functions within a busy finance team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with supervisory experience who likes to be hands-on and work in a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Generate and process expense reports
• Oversee reconciliation of corporate credit cards
• Oversee the invoice and expense reporting functions
• Analyze recurring and monthly accrual payments
• Manage vendor relationships

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 5 years' experience in accounts payable, supervisory experience
• Proficient in Concur and Concur Reporting, and MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience working in accounting software programs such as Sage Intacct, a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
