The Ford Agency is actively seeking a Legal FilingAssistant to support a busy downtown law firm. The Assistant will be responsible for helping with a large file indexing project. This is a great role for someone looking to start immediately who has prior experience using File Trail!

Responsibilities Include:

• Sort boxes and index files
• Assist with filing process for onsite and electronic storage of legal documents
• Assist team with various filing-related projects as needed

Qualifications Include:

• Direct experience using File Trail management software
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a law firm filing or records capacity
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Immediate availability

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
