Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
- Assist with administration of benefits (DC Family and Medical Leave, Parental Leave, etc.)
- Contribute to the annual performance review process
- Assist with planning and developing training and professional development programs and curriculum
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of previous Human Resources experience, law firm setting preferred
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of HR and Labor/Employment laws
- Strong communication skills and customer service
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
