The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the IP practice group for a busy NYC law firm. This individual will manage attorney calendars, coordinate travel, prepare documents and presentations, and assist with other projects as needed. If you have at least 3 years of legal administrative experience and are looking to join a fast-paced IP practice group, this could be an exciting opportunity!

Responsibilities Include:

• Draft engagement letters for potential clients
• Draft and edit documents including Tables of Authorities, redlines, and Table of Contents
• Maintain and update the IP budget
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other materials
• Draft, review, and edit pre-bills
• Assist with research and other projects

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of legal administrative experience
• Trademark experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Aderant and Chrome River a plus
• Professional communication skills
• Superb proofreading and editing skills
