This role will handle a range of HR functions and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and superb organization skills. Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate orientations and assist with onboarding activities
• Handle pre-employment requirements and new hire forms
• Work collaboratively with team on a broad range of projects and initiatives
• Support attorney leave management processing
• Provide all-around support to the team

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year (1-3 years ideal) of experience in legal HR or recruiting role
• Direct experience in a law firm or other professional services firm
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and pivot between tasks smoothly
• Proficient in MS Office
• Professional verbal and written communication skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
