Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Support
- Based on the assessments, you will develop individualized treatment plans that may include a combination of individual and group therapy, and other evidence-based practices
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at overcoming dependencies and promoting positive change
- Develop realistic treatment goals with clients in accordance with ethical and legal protocols
Record Keeping
- Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain detailed progress notes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans, ensuring that they are compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Work closely with clinical director on chart audits and signing off on individual and group notes.
Teamwork
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of care provided to clients.
- Work closely with clinical and program director and other clinical professionals, such as psychiatrists, nurses to coordinate care and ensure that patients receive comprehensive treatment.
- Masters degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- LCSW preferred, LPCC or LMFT are welcome to apply
- Experience in Social Work, Substance Use or Mental Health Centers
- Direct clinical, case management experience and knowledge regarding mental health
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and KIPU Systems Client Management Software)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal skills
Additional Requirements:
- CPR/First AID
- Negative TB test results within past year
- Medical clearance to work within past year
